Qualwave has launched the following broadband low noise amplifiers, with operating frequencies covering 0.02~6GHz. These devices are manufactured using advanced processes, enabling operation across an extremely wide spectral range. The chip integrates a limiter protection circuit internally, specifically designed for RF receive front-ends that require both high sensitivity and high reliability.

Features:

1. Ultra-wideband coverage: Supports the 0.02~6GHz frequency band, compatible with various communication standards such as shortwave, cellular communication, ISM bands, and Wi-Fi 6E.
2. High-gain performance: Provides up to 40dB of gain, significantly amplifying weak signals and simplifying the design of downstream circuits.
3. Low noise figure: With a noise figure as low as 1.5dB, it ensures excellent signal-to-noise ratio and reception sensitivity even with weak signals.
