Coaxial Isolator, 26.5~40GHz, 10W/1W, 2.92mm

The coaxial isolator is a microwave passive device based on ferrite materials and the principle of non-reciprocity. It allows unidirectional transmission of electromagnetic waves: Minimal attenuation in the forward direction (input to output) and maximal attenuation in the reverse direction (output to input). This characteristic enables it to function as an "electromagnetic diode" in radio frequency systems, serving as a critical component for enhancing system stability and reliability.

Features:

1. Broadband efficiency and stable signal: Within the full frequency range of 26.5~40GHz, the forward loss is low and the signal passes smoothly; Reverse isolation is high and can strongly block reflected signals, protecting the core emission source like an "electromagnetic one-way valve" and ensuring stable system operation.
2. High power and strong heat dissipation: Capable of carrying an average power of 10W, able to handle harsh signals with high peak values and high duty cycles. Adopting high-temperature resistant magnetic circuit and optimized heat dissipation design to ensure performance without degradation under high power, suitable for long-term high-intensity operation scenarios such as satellites and radars.
3. Precise interface and easy integration: Adopting a 2.92mm (K-type) interface, ensuring reliable connection and low reflection of high-frequency signals up to 40GHz. At the same time, the device structure is compact and lightweight, making it easy to directly integrate into millimeter wave modules, testing systems, or phased arrays, which helps to miniaturize equipment.

Applications:

1. 5G/6G millimeter wave base station: Protects the power amplifier at the end of the base station transmission channel, significantly improves system efficiency and linearity, and addresses the complex interference challenges in large-scale MIMO architecture.
2. Satellite communication payload: Provides high isolation support for Ka band satellite borne transponders and ground terminals, ensuring strict isolation between uplink and downlink signals and enhancing communication link reliability.
3. High end testing and research: As a key protective component of testing systems such as vector network analyzers and spectrum analyzers, it prevents the reflection signals of the tested devices from damaging the sensitive sources inside the instrument, ensuring measurement accuracy and equipment safety.
